That's just crazy. It's going to take like a million man hours to patch half of those holes to end up with what ... a car that weighs twice as much and isn't half as strong as a new car off the assembly line. Good luck to them.

of all the colors it had to be a DB

Homer: "Hey, what are all these holes?" (points at bullet holes in car hood)
Car salesmen: "These are speed holes. They make the car go faster."
Homer (impressed): "Oh yeah, speed holes."

Ned: Whatcha diddely-doin', neighbor?
Homer: Aw, putting speed holes in my car. Makes it go faster.
Ned: Is that so? Well, gee, maybe the old Flanders-mobile could use
some -- [a shot rings out] aah! [Ned collapses]
[he gets up slowly] Wow! Lucky I always keep a bible close to
my heart -- [boom!] aah! [Ned collapses]
[he gets up] Ho ho, lucky I was wearing an extra large piece of
the True Cross today. I think I'll go inside.
[a shot hits Homer's pick axe]
Homer: What keeps doing that?
Tony: I told you we should have bought more than three bullets. Let's
just grab him!

i doubt theyll fix the current panels. Replacing and painting new panels would be more cost/time efficient. They could make the body 90% carbon fiber (everything but rear fenders).

for the price, its not a bad deal. Im sure if they joined a forum, they could buy a ton of parts for cheap. Also, they wont have to pay for a 25k car with stock parts and then add mods.

Wouldnt it be cool if you could buy a car w/o wheels, hoods, intakes, exhausts and save a ton of cash(take the replacement price from nissan off the sticker, ie 600 a rim). Then just buy aftermarket parts with the OEM part money and put thos on.
