Does anybody like Super Black better than the new Magnetic Black? The new MB is nice, but I think I like the previous SB better ...

Anybody agree?

 

Can I hate both?

 

I'm partial to the SB....it looks darker to me although both colors are fine. You can only really tell up close IMO.

 

i love the mb...mainly cuz i have one

but comparing but i still like mb better because of the metallic flake....at the same time i hate them both because black is a pain

 

Well ya obviously we all hate our black cars sometimes but it's worth it.
You can only tell close up but I like it better without the metallic flake ... it looks darker.

 

Does anyone have any pics comparing the two? Is it really that much of a difference?

And yes, add me to the SB club that hates the constant washing/waxing this color needs

 

SB... i coz its unique.. it is somewhat flat but yet shinny.. the MB is just shinny like other black on other cars..

 

The SB is awesome as far as depth, BUT SO MUCH WORK !!!!!!---Im CS and like that second best and SO LITTLE WORK !!!!! Although it is nice and "Chinny" after Zainoed

 

I am too, curious about this matter as well.
i was like 'WTH? two black??' one costs lil bit more than the other so i thought
one had that "pearl-sparkling things" in the color..right??
correct me if i'm wrong. I'll be wanting a MB 07 Z ^^

 

yeah i hate how mu car gets so dirty so fast but would never get any other colorrrrrr

 

yea the mag. black has metal flake in the paint...really nice when clean...sparles in the sun

 

I have MB but I think I like SB better.

There both good though, MB doesn't have too much metal flake so its not bad. I'm just not a huge fan of metalic paints.

 

In 06 they the SB was replaced with the MB.

Although Magnetic Black probably looks better with those sparkles.

 

I've had both and there's not much of a difference to me. You really have to get CLOSE to the MB and be in the correct light to pick up the flake.

 

I like the MB better , but what I noticed is at night when headlights shine on the paint it looks kinda dirty even when its clean.....oh well I still like it

 

shoulda got redline....They made the color so perfect that they didnt have to add a flake to it...lolz...there both nice though!

 

once you go black, you never go back but once try white, you know that your right.
