I'm sure Z's are not crashing at any higher rate than any other car. Our insurance will be fine. It's not like half the people with Z's are crashing them or anything. And who's to say that this accident was the guy driving the Z's fault anyway?

Sorry I live in central Texas and I have no idea what the white stuff is so I will have to stick with my assumption that it was rain.....no matter what form it's still rain!

It would be a bit presumptuous to assume that the Z driver was automaticaly at fault here, there is absolutly nothing to indicate what caused the wreck just by looking at this pic i just hope nobody got really hurt though it doesnt look too good.

Sure, they are there for the same reason that one wears a braon bucket while on a motorcycle --- too look pretty at the funeral. That is not good when so many sustain roof damage like that.

Boys & girls if you can't drive then you might want to leave your VDC on at all times.
I guess this is probably the main problem of those higher end Zs, people always get a false sense of security when they have a "safety" feature.... to quote my one of my teacher, "safest car in the world is the one with a knife right on the steering wheel" this guy probably think he could still drive like normal in a snowy day with summer tires, since he's got eh VDC and TC......ohnestly, I think these people deserves what happended.....they aren't even eligible for a nice car like this......

Wink Depends where you are...

That "white stuff" down here in Miami is something completely different... that could make you loose control of the car as well.

Sometimes it's not as bad as it seems. Hope it's one of those times.

Here is what my wife did with her car once...

more pictures here

She only got couple of scratches/bruces (knoking on the wood)

before criticising the Z for its roof stability. look at any other car first.

you pick it unless its a volvo or mercedes, you can and will crush the roof if you land on it right. thats how it goes... SUVs totally crush, I even saw a jeep wrangler(you know, the ones with a roll cage?) he jumped a snow drift somehow, and managed to crush the roll cage into a V, Im not sure if he's still alive or not.

as some one said, no safety measure or traction control is a match for darwin and newton.
