Default NICE drive

Went for a nice drive yesterday, about 72 degrees out, windows down, 4th and 5th gear runs on smooth back country two lane roads, lots of twists and turns, some switch backs and huge S curves. I pushed the Z a little and got the traction Control to kick in, that was fun. I was doing about twice, some times three times the speed limit on most roads, no houses, no cars, no trucks... just the Z and me rippin' the back roads, through the colors of the fall.

Then I get into a little more developed area, and come to an intersection full of cops... "Ummm, ahhh was I being tracked from the sky?" ; I asked myself. No, they were looking for an escaped convict. The officer looked in my car as if to say, Jeez, you don't have enough room in there for barely you. So I found my way to the highway, and breezed home averaging 90+mph.
Cool day, good drive; ahhhh, the Z.

I parked my car in the parking lot this morning. I got out in the rain and walked inside.

It was cold.

I love drives like that. When I first moved out here (to the Seattle area), I couldn't wait to find some of those great mountain roads to go play on. Definitely was a great time!
