I just received my dealer survey today done by JDPower ( I received several others that were not Nissan sponsored asking only about the car ) . I'm curious who else and where the survey was sent . JDPower stated it was sending it to only a select few . True or false ? Anyone else get it ?They were primarily checking on the dealer for Nissan . My dealer ,Port City Nissan of Portsmouth , NH was very customer oriented . So much so that I went back and bought a used Altima to use for a winter sled !

ps They give you a chance to tell of experiences you had with other dealers . They list all of them in your area ! Go get 'em .

 

I received a JD Power survey a few weeks ago and I purchased my car on Nov. 11. I also got a crisp one dollar bill in the package.

 

I recieved one yesterday. In fact I have received three automotive surveys in the last week!

 

My J.D Power survey came today. Yesterday, I also got a request for a phone interiew from "Vehicle Science Corp."

Still no "Lust to Love" or "The Run" DVD from Nissan.

But what I'm REALLY waiting for is a recall to correct the porposing(sp)!

 

FrankieZZ- got the J D Power survey "next door" here in VT. Purchased 12/3/02- survey came 3/14/03 (with that crisp $1!!!)

Mine was exclusively about the car- top to bottom- very little if anything about the dealer.

 

I got one from Maritz... never heard of them though... anyone else got one from them?

 

I received TWO surveys from JD Powers:

1. Survey regarding Nissan 350Z received a month ago or so. A crisp $1 bill was enclosed.

2. Survey regarding the Nissan dealer I bought my Z from, received last week. No $1 bill enclosed this time. Now... where in the heck is my 1 dah-lah!?!?!?!

Received the dealership survey on yesterday from JD Powers. High marks to the dealership in Matteson Illinois from whom I have purchased several (6) new Nissans since February of last year. Was a great opportunity to clearly identify three local Nissan dealerships that don't know how to work a deal or could care less about the customer! They did not rate very high and hopefully Powers will collect enough data on these a## clowns that Nissan will become painfully aware of, and that they have a some dealership problems in the northern Indiana area. A little frontoffice attitude adjustment would help move their cars off the lot. Would have been great to keep the business local but they never came close to our dealerships deals. Must be a Notre Dame thing.
