Default jwt pop charger rasp

When I was leaving the driving range tonight. Wot on 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear to redline and I am getting raspy sound at high rpm. 2005 base with a jwt pop charger. It was warmed up. its a little cold, no rain. Has anyone had this problem? Its in the garage now, I looked at the intake and it’s all tightened down. Any ideas? Help me. I am looking for the OEM intake so I can test and see if it’s that or not. Ill post tomorrow.

check to see if you have any leaks, something might have gotten loose. Its not supposed to rasp near redline, it just screams!!!

Usually rasp is attributed to exhaust. Your exhaust will always be a little different in the cold weather.

^1. The intake should not induce rasp, it is usually caused by the exhaust.
