Try using SEAFOAM. I've heard good reviews about using SEAFOAM. Its not a lubricant, but it will clean the internals of your engine real good.
Another good product is Lucas synthetic oil stabalizer and Lucas fuel additive because it works mainly as up upper cylinder lubricant which makes perfect sense. All the big rig truckers know and use Lucas stuff in their trucks. Not saying the same thing applies to the Z but it's not snake oil
