V8 swap
Hey guiys please dont cut my head off but Ive been hearing some rumors about guys swapping v8's into the 350z's. I heard they were using titan motors or ls1's. I tried searching but couldnt find anything. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I would like to build one for a daily driver, possibly use it for track racing.

No offense but Im not very impressed witht he vq especially with boost. I have a supra now and kind of want to do a v8 swapped import. I thought about doing the ls1 FD but there is already to many of them in town.

So you are looking at spending $30,000 on a Z and put another $7,000 or so into the engine, $2,500 in tranny, $1,000 for rear and axles, $1,000 for wheels and tires, and a few hundred for misc parts? You could buy a new C6 which would still be lighter and have more power with a warranty and have a few dollars left over.
