so i'm obsessing over the 07 z on every site i can find that has anything about it and i come accross this:

excuse the newbishism, but what does it do (other than damping the steering), what benefit does it give the driver. i've only seen steering dampers on bikes before, i didn't even know they had them for cars

Costa Mesa Nissan just called. They have a BLACK BASE STICK. Im going to go see it tomorrow. Please dont buy it until I see it please!!! =)

My dealer just got two GT models, and I am driving one of them on Friday.

I'm going to hold out for a SMB Enthusiast though.

I'll post a review after I drive it.

all i wanna know is how fast is it...i have a feeling the 07 G coupe will smoke it with the 3.9 fd.

its not 3.9FD..its 3.692... and the Z is what, 250lbs lighter? but then the G has a true dual exhaust...hmmm it may be a close call...

it does seem like the 3.9FD would be a really really good match for this engine though...
