Thumbs down Anyone have a good number for Partshippers.com???

Alright, first off let me say that in my short previous experiences with Partshippers.com, I have had excellent service. I got my MREV2 and spacer through them.

But when I ordered my Borla TD last SUN, they sent me a conformation email and PAYPAL email (which I think is automatic) but they NEVER sent me any kind of shipping/tracking information, meanwhile I was billed the $$$ for my order...no big deal... so, after about three business days I sent them a courteous message through thier website just to make sure that thier wern't any problems...a week later, and NO response from my message OR any shipping info. WHAT IS THE DEAL????

I need to talk to somebody...

Waiting for toys is tough, but I'd give it a few days. Sometimes the bigger stuff takes a little longer (a week is not unheard of). It's not unusual for a company to bill your card immediately. That way if you bail on the order, they just cut the restocking fee out of the refund.

I'd give it another few days, then ping 'em again. If you had a good experience with them before, that should be worth a little trust/patience.

Did you try to PM partshipperdave here on the forum? I just bought GT-Spec bars from them and he responded to all my PMs within 24hrs.

Who knows, they must have been at SEMA!? J/K I've ordered a few items from them in the past and never had any problems. The item you ordered may not have been in stock, which is why it's taking longer. They are Sponsors on this site so I wouldn't worry too much about it being slightly delayed.
