ok, so we know who it is through the itrader feedback. Did he sell them using a thread on here? post the pics in the thread. How much did you pay for the tires?

edit: found the thread, damn you got jacked. The pics he posted in the thread must have been old.

Brooke.....Put the details out there for everyone.

What type of Wheels and Tires? and sizes.....GTAVs are not cheap

How much did you originally pay?

Who paid the shipping?

How many times did the seller contact you to make it right?

He gave back 400 in the deal?

Yeah, seriously.. post all the details on here so others won't get screwed as well. You can upload the pics to Photobucket or something and link it to there so we can see.

I have nothing to hide on this matter and thought it was all resolved. I did say that the tires were good. Let's start off with the price was $2250 OBO. We both decided that I will do it shipped for that price to you. Also threw in the center caps cost $120 & rays lugs less 1 missing lug cost $130 for a new set.

+ $2250 price of wheels
- $50 for pay pal fee
- $160 for shipping
- $40 for 4 new boxes, roll of tape, and packing peanuts
- $80 for used caps
- $70 for used rays lugs

so net to me was $1750

Then I get a call that you were happy with the wheels but weren't happy with the conditions of the tire. We discussed this and you initially asked for a refund of $450 cause that was a fair number to you and average cost of a new set of tires. I said I couldn't and offered $300 and discount on aftermarket parts through a new company I'm launching. We finally decided that $400 was fine and you would not leave a negative feed back and you asked if it was still cool to call me for parts at a discount. I gladly agreed. Now the numbers shown I sold a great set of Volk GT-AV for $1350 with a set of tires you can drift with. Free center caps ($120) & Lugs ($130). I paypaled you the following morning for $400 with a note that said it concluded our deal. You called me hours after that and said you were having trouble finding tires and asked me for another $150. I was $50 shoprt of your asking amount because you said that ebay had used tires going for $450 and you leave me a negative feed back?? I offered you discount through a new company my business partners and I are opening. Who here is being unfair I just sold you a set of GT-AV for a very cheap price and you still ask me if it was okay to get discounts from me. Comes out to $1850 shipped w/ free lugs, caps (after the $400 refund) but after the shipping costs, paypal fee, and the used value of the freebees total net to me is $1350. Where can you find a used set of 19" Volk GT-AV for that price. Plus I offered you a full refund if you returned the GT-AV with everything I sent and pack exactly I did it. I'm still willing to do that.

There was no intention to deceive and I returned every call but the last one as you asked for additional funds after we rectified your issus. Your last voice mail said you wanted another $150 cause you were having trouble finding the tire on ebay and call you if I wanted too. I didn't as you gave me a choice and I feel I resolve the issue by giving you a $400 refund. Seems like I bent over backwards to accomadate all your questions and concerns.

Regardless of I selling price (since basically your saying if I bought them so cheap then it shouldn't matter) the tires were supposed to be in operational condition. If the description said tires in bad shape or needs new tires that would be an entire different story. I paid $2250 shipped for this setup and now I have to buy tires because they were not described correctly.. I could have paid an additional $300 and had New rims and then would have to buy new tires but I bought these thinking the tires were in GOOD Condition as advirtised to save a bit of money... The question here is what is the term Good Condition?? Yes he refunded $400 of my money since he knew the tires were completly screwed but $400 is not enough to even purchased used tires from e-bay... Either way I have learned a lesson but I would not have done this to anyone wheather it was a my350z member or not...

I believe we still need to see pics of the tires to determine whether they're in "good condition" or not.

Download a program called Irfanview to resize, then use a program called Photobucket to host.

Problem with no pics solved!

Like we all know there is more than one side to every story, and looks to me like Nismo33 did everything in his power to be a good seller and more. Wonder what the OP has to say now. Want to dispute his story?

You gotta love these threads, usually it turns into "Jerry Springer" on the internet.....which is probably worse than when it was on TV.

I tried calling you 2 times since leaving voice mails and no returned phone calls until now.. Did you really expect me to install these rims/tires on my car and not notice?? Surely you do not care for my safety or you would not have done so. I honestly think you switched tires before you sold the wheels and put these pos tires on due to the dry-rot, cords showing, nails, and flat spots... I only hope in your new business venture you will be more honest to your customers regardless of what kind of deal you give them....

how much does a new set of tires cost? maybe $800 if he refunded you $400 that's half the cost of a brand new set of tires. Knowingly you bought the rims with USED tires, so only having to fork out half as much to get new tires isn't that bad, so think of it as you bought a set of USED VOLKS for 1350, where the hell do you find a USED set of VOLKS for that cheap????

Though in the description he did state good condition tires, he did refund $400. and if you're really adamant that it's not a good deal send it back to him as requested.

Does seem like he bent over backwards for you.
