Car cover question (problem)
Ive had my car cover for two years and iver encountered a problem that has seem to have gotten worse. Just last weekend i washed and waxed my car and put the cover on as we were expecting heavy rain this week. Well today i go out take the cover off and my car is completely covered in a fine white dust. Looks like flour or talcom powder has been sprinkled over the entire car. The last 5-6 times ive used the cover its done this and gotten worse. Ive washed the cover, ive dried it the dryer. Last weekend i vacuumed the cover but none of this has helped. Any ideas? No need for me to use the cover if its just gonna make the car look like crap when i take it off. By the way its a custom fit cover thats suppose to protect from the elements and is waterproof.

a. Poor rinse after washing. I recommend a commercial front loading machine with a double rinse.
b. Ultra violet radiation damage. The material is essentially disintegrating.
