I have loved my Z since the first day I saw it, which was 1 year ago this thursday. I hope to keep this car for let's say 15 to 20 year or more, i am keeping this car just because every time I look/drive her, She put a smile on my face because I know that she is paid for, almost (only 18 more payments)

Hardly. In 10 years, highly modded Z's will be putting down as much or more power than higly modified supras (which have been on the market for about 14 years now). Don't think supras aren't cheap to build for power. Also, don't forget that they cost $55k brand new.
I've got a bolt on, reflashed, single turbo kit on my car that's making 400 WHP and I've had no issues for over a year and a half.
If you consider a boosted VQ35 a "ticking timebomb" then you need to educate yourself. It's all about keeping the motor properly maintained, tuned, and your driving habits.

And if you try to buy a clean one off of some guy, he will sell it to you for the price of a brand new 350Z.

To the OP...you didnt buy a boosted car you bought an extreme n/a....judge the car from the factory....300hp n/a and great hangling with reliability.
You make it seem like the car has loads of problems just because you might have read how so and so is having boost leak issues or a " i just blew my engine because i have 450whp without a built engine" thread. The car is fast sexy and reliable.
i have had no issues yet.
