I have loved my Z since the first day I saw it, which was 1 year ago this thursday. I hope to keep this car for let's say 15 to 20 year or more, i am keeping this car just because every time I look/drive her, She put a smile on my face because I know that she is paid for, almost (only 18 more payments)

I HATE my seatbelt.

The 06's came with a little clip that brought the belt out to your shoulder. My 03' doesnt have that and it really gets on my nerves.

BUT, I do love my Z!!

Hardly. In 10 years, highly modded Z's will be putting down as much or more power than higly modified supras (which have been on the market for about 14 years now). Don't think supras aren't cheap to build for power. Also, don't forget that they cost $55k brand new.

I've got a bolt on, reflashed, single turbo kit on my car that's making 400 WHP and I've had no issues for over a year and a half.

If you consider a boosted VQ35 a "ticking timebomb" then you need to educate yourself. It's all about keeping the motor properly maintained, tuned, and your driving habits.

Noisy bearings don't necessarily mean your tranny is going out. All z's have a noisy tranny.

+1
And if you try to buy a clean one off of some guy, he will sell it to you for the price of a brand new 350Z.

What's up Babe? The "clip" is something that hangs off of the triagular shaped thing that your seatbelt goes thru over your left shoulder. In older 350Z's, they didn't have that little arm (clip) that extends the seatbelt closer to you so that you don't have to reach back and grab the seatbelt before you close the door because once you close the door, you will need super skinny arms to reach around between the driver seat & driver door.

+100 and not to mention that a Supra with 400who-600whp can only run 12's. A Z with 400whp can run 11's. Plus what the Z lacks in acceleration/ top speed makes up for in handling. A supra cant turn for ****.

To the OP...you didnt buy a boosted car you bought an extreme n/a....judge the car from the factory....300hp n/a and great hangling with reliability.

You make it seem like the car has loads of problems just because you might have read how so and so is having boost leak issues or a " i just blew my engine because i have 450whp without a built engine" thread. The car is fast sexy and reliable.

i have had no issues yet.
