Default RC Z came with DRIFTING TIRES!!!

Went to Fry's to pick up a few things for the job. They had an RC track layed out for customers to test drive RC cars. You know I found it. hahah! I drove the crap outta that track with the Z they had available. 10mins later, walked out w/ one.. haha

I haven't had an RC car since my RC10 and RC10T. 10 turn motors in each. pretty dang quick, but about $400 more expensive (total setup) than this bad boy. I'm taking this one to the next meet. lol

How much was it? They have one like that at radio shack, but its blue for like $20. It comes with the drifting tires too, but I wasnt too sure about the quality.

They need to have a RC version of those kahumo tires that spill red smoke instead of white when sliding.

Buuut I have still yet to get an RC.

Sometimes some of those shot's looked like real cars.

I have one of these too!!! It was about $20 at Target. The drifting tires are sweet. My dog had been chasing this thing around the house for weeks...lol...

THAT WAS A DOPE VID. the Z i picked up was $44. they only had it in the color shown above. the car comes with 3 switchable frequencys so you don't take control of anyone elses car. -which might be kinda fun! haha. I did see some smaller ones for $19 tho!

My first one was a 2WD, RC-10GT about 8 years ago. I had a OS .12 in it. Beat the hell out of it, but I got REALLY annoyed with trying to keep that motor running well.

Then I got a Losi XXX-T. It came with the stock motor (I bought it used) and it was god awful slow. So, I went and got a 13T motor and popped that in there. About 6 months later (after a few races etc) I noticed my ESC died. Whoops? Why did it die? Ohhhhh..."do not run fewer than 15 turns wtth the ESC included." Now I have to get a new ESC so I can get up and running again.
