I don't know if I would let people borrow my car, but I have no problem letting people take mine for a spin. I have let numerous poeple drive it over the time I have owned it

I am a bit more cautious now with the new tune. The car is more than a handfull now and the first thing a person wants to is hammer the gas and see what the car has. Not a good idea when you have the power to break the rear end loose in just about any gear. I fear a test drive will go someting like this:
1.) can I drive it?
2.) Yes
3.) hammers the gas
4.) rear end replaces location of front end the same time the tach is bouncing of the rev limiter
5.) end up in oncoming lane of traffic or in the ditch

Even with the money I have in my car, it is still just a car.

You guys kill me. I wouldn't care if it was a Bugatti ***** it. It's a material posession that doesn't mean shat to me. I love my car and love driving it but I am not a selfish turd who wouldn't let my friend drive it if he wanted to.

Why not hell, the car is mad to be driven alsong as they have full coverage and enjoy the car what difference does it make. No would i let a kid who just got a DL drive it NO fing way but my friend have all gotten nice cars and they all have let me drive, except one but if i let him drive mine i will be just that much better then him. so IMO hand the keys over and let the good times roll

Cheers

Kevin

the only person I'd let drive my Z is my dad. Not like I could say no, he paid for it lol. Also, he has an slk350, so if he's driving my Z, i'm driving his car. I'm glad my Z is manual so that none of my friends would try to drive it.

Yes! My first friend, you're the best friend someone can have... FOR ME TO POOP ON!

And no, you can't drive the Z because permitting you to drive my car would be against my religion and would not be good for the economy.

i first started out having family and close friends drive it... after the cousin incident. She had a small hair line scratch and after that day, no one gets to sit in the passenger seat. I live in a cave now after I got the Z

Good friends will respect my car, so yes.
Hell, I let my uncle abuse my car on the race track.

My cousins came down to visit and rode my dad's bike. It was totaled, and he has no bike now. My theory is, even if you trust them, if they wreck your car, not only will you feel bad but they will feel worse. By the way, he bought an slk350 and he invited my cousins to come drive it lol
