Question 2003 Model Breakdown... Enthusiast + Touring + Performance possible?

Ahoy,

I recently purchased a 2003 Z and am trying to figure out all the specifics of my new ride. I read the Top 100 Questions thread, but am still left uncertain about the model breakdown.

My ride shows signs of both the Enthusiast, Touring and Performance packages.

I definitely have the added Cruise Control, HID headlights, Aluminum pedals, Auto-dimming rearview mirror, VLSD, and TCS of the Enthusiast Package.

I believe I have the Performance (I have the VDC off switch, along with VDC light up below the tachometer) but the car came with aftermarket wheels already on, so I'm not sure.

I also definitely have the Leather seats w/ power adjustability, Bose sound system, and optional DVD Navigation of the Touring Package...

What does this make my '03 Z?

Please help!

If you have power and heated seats along with Bose, it's definitely a Touring model.

(Oh and when you say you have TCS, it is actually part of VDC, so you should only have the VDC switch)

Thanks for your effort, but that doesn't really clarify anything. What model Z do I have? Can you have multiple packages? Which do I have?

I don't see how that doesn't clarify. You have a TOURING.

The part I wrote in parenthesis is pointing out that you can only have a TSC switch OR a VDC switch. You can't have both since......oh why bother......

Simple answer: you have a Touring

Why would you BUY the car if you didn't know what package it was.... must have been a really good deal to not research the car at all..

the models build on each other for the most part....ie the touring has everything the enthusiast has + leather/power seats bose stereo etc.

bhasha is correct you have a touring

you cant have multiple "packages" you have 1...sometimes since theres a large aftermarket for the Z people will swap things like seats HIDS or brembos into different models. But with you having the leather/power seats + bose you most certainly have a touring. Also since you dont seem to know much about the car, somebody with over 2000 posts here probably knows a bit more than yourself

Do you have heated seats button from the factory on the center console? Sounds like a Touring hands down. DrivenCSZ is right, the Z models give you a little more on top of the next one as you go up.

Since nobody in their right mind would put a Bose system into a Z, its a Touring
