Default Arbitration

Greetings,

Has anyone used the arbritration method listed in the warranty book? I am in NC and I know laws vary by state.

I have posted before about tire and front end issues with my 2005. I am supposed to meet with a NNA rep this Wednesday at the dealership but I still believe this will lead nowhere. I can't get the rep at NNA to call me back and the service manager has been less than cooperative.

Thought at least that arbitration would get someones attention.

Thanks for any response.

Definitely something to look into if NNA can't resolve the issue for you. Sometimes that 3rd party is what it takes to get everything taken care of.
I'm waiting to hear back on the decision in our arbitration case. It sucks waiting for that final answer but I'm glad I made it this far.
Once I filed for it everything moved a lot faster. NNA can't drag it's feet when the law gets involved.

I couldnt even talk to the person that supposedly looked at my car. The nissan rep or whatever, that denied warranty. I will never buy another nissan.

You make a good point. If Nissan thinks they can ignore you or not address an issue and you will just go away, then they will continue to do nothing and hand you BS.

If you start legal action though, things change really quick.

To the OP. Just make sure you are documenting everything. I know here in Florida it is the law to be given an itemized receipt of everything that has been done each time you go in for service.
