ICY showed up on the bootom left of my display
on the left most gauge in the center pod (the computer i guess) no matter what display i browsed too (mpg, speed, temp etc etc) ICY was diplayed by the _ (below the arrow) , it dissapeared after I turned the car off and started it again.
Odd, just wanted to know what it meant.

If the temperature is below (I think it's ~37 F?), it displays an ICY warning. First, the computer will switch to the screen showing the temperature and will show the warning. If you click it, it'll change back and cycle through the modes normally but will still display a warning at the bottom.

oh NO not the dreaded ICY display!!!!!!!!
bahhhh, you guys make me jealous. ICY is all too common in Jersey(although not this year....mad props to global warming and el nino or whatever)
if you guys are presumably rolling on stock tires...be extra careful, the car/tires react much much differently in the cold weather especially below about 45 degrees.

so i guess maybe this isnt intuitive enough?
um consider the facts alright. i mean im no Z expert but lemme see if i can hammer this out.
when i got in my car it was a little more chilly than usual. then i start my car and its on the temperature screen and it says icy. thermostat is coming in near freezing.
then i change the screen but that icy thing is still there.
hmm. its like the car is trying to tell me something.
