Default Cruise control/ uprev/ clockspring issue

Got an uprev tune last night by Moncef at Admintuning. Great tune. However, the cruise control and map switching is not working.

I have an 07 base and installed the buttons and both switches. They are not illuminated. Should they be?

Possible culprits I can think of:
1. I changed the position of my clutch engagement with the nut on the pedal. You can actually turn my car on without pushing the clutch in. Will this cause it not to work?

2. I recently replaced the clockspring. It went out and horn wouldn't work and airbag light came on. Replaced it, now the horn works but the illuminated "both airbags off" thing on the ceiling liner is still on. Had a dealership read the codes and they said only the passenger side airbag code is on bc of that stupid seat sensor (have a defeater on the way). I think clockspring was for an 06 but Zeigler nissan has two different ones. One for 06-09 and one part number for 07-09. Should my buttons be illuminated? Might I have the wrong clockspring?

Below is the pictures of the two different part #'s for the clock spring. Anyone know the difference?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys.
