When will Nismo parts be sold at the local dealer?
I thought when the Z came out last fall that the full line of Nismo parts would be available thru dealers. I am interested in stuff like the S-tune suspension, but it seems you have to order it from Japan. All I see from Nismo at dealers is radiator caps, etc. Not important stuff.

You can expect to see a few NISMO items for the 350Z to release as early as June, including the springs and sway bar.

From what I understand the delays are due to logistic issues, government aprroval, and extra effort to make sure the items match up properly to US spec vehicles, but I am not on any special committee to know for sure.
We should see the exhaust system and intake in June as well. All other items will be released at a later date.

Hey guys,
It's coming, don't worry. There will be both on and off-road parts, predominantly on-road, as we know this is the brunt of the market. We're still shooting for a late spring launch.
As for the ECU's making power on today's fuel, good luck. Nismo offers and ECU in Japan, however they have 98 octane fuel. On today's 91-92 US octane, you cannot get anymore power with an ECU. Possibly 1 or 2, but would you pay for that?..I wouldn't. Today's ECU's are essentially stretched to the timing and fuel limit as smog reg's are too stringent and pump octane ratings are too low.
