yo as for the turbo, that became a big no go when I found out I was going to Hawaii.... you have to have your ride inspected every year for aftermarket parts and pay taxes on them and that is only if they will let you have them in the first place

oh i just bought wheels.... i kinda worked against myself in the whole performance department.... got some ruff racing 278's 19 x 8.5 and 19 x 9.5 with nitto 555's . I can tell the performance difference but not a whole lot. Screw it they look SWEET!!

the ira would be the best bet but then again that would be a bit too responsible, i think i may go with the 3.9 gear, ecu reflash, short shifter, drilled/slotted roters, clutch and flywheel, but who knows i may just sit on it or even pay it down and get a slightly used 05/06 GTO, ugly as **** but you can't argue with a 6 liter engine for less than 25k. or then again I may not do anything.

of course IRA's are more responsible take 4k and turn it into 6-8k and go buy a turbo kit or use it for a skyline down payment.
