We are a society weened on Front Wheel Drive and Automatic Transmissions. Unless you have been driving a stick, RWD and higher HP for several Years, the Z can be unpredictable to the average driver. I have a friend who has driven powerful AWD cars for 10 years. His first time in my Z he did a 180 into another lane and could have killed himself or someone else. This was from a stand-still and in a 5AT! He had no idea the rear wheels could break loose like that and no idea on how to recover.

I've noticed the large amount of wrecked threads as well. The fact that the Z has ~300hp, is RWD, and looks like sex on wheels... is going to attract every poser under the sun. They get wrecked by inexperienced and unskilled automotive rejects on a regular basis. I think about 2 years ago is when I really started to notice this phenomenon with the Z... so it's not new. I started my own personal collection of wrecked 350z pictures that people have posted.... just for my own amusement.
When someone causes a wreck in their Z, the only redeeming quality I have seen is when they don't try to lie, don't try to blame the car, and don't get mad at the police. Most of the times it's some stupid kid anyway who does all of the above...and I can't help but laugh. No respect for anyone who can't admit a mistake, especially when they drive like a moron to begin with.
DRIVING LESSONS FTMFW!!!
