$1500.00 for all 4 stoptechs should have raised a red flag right there. Maybe for 2 but certainly not for all 4.

Call your bank and trace the check. If he has an account where he cashed it, you can get his info...

^Worth a try but if it's a true scam it was cashed at the bank it was drawn on or at a check-cashing store, more than likely with a fake ID.

+1 coming from the banking side, call them and get a copy tell them what happened, they can find out where it was cashed from the printing on the back from the proof department. if he was dumb enough to cash it at a bank.

Good luck. It's a bad situation, because not all sellers like to use paypal due to fraud on the buyers end. I have certainly had problems before, not enough to never warrant using them, but they have cost me money.

What's up with the guys feedback? Did someone hack this account? Did he use ebay legitimately, and then decide to rip everyone off?
