We aren't required to put on front plates here in Atlanta... So mine is open.

Ya, last meet I went to I was the only one with a plate lol so I just took it off there. Usually the cops won't hassle you about it unless you're doing something stupid. It sucks to have those holes there though. I took these cap things that are part of this gas cap kit that fit perfectly in there and just painted them PPW with my touchup pen. It doesn't look too bad, but I'd like to get a new bumper so there's nothing there.

Had it on originally when I bought the car, and then took it off. When I had my front bumper replaced, I asked them not to drill the holes for it, even though a front license plate is required in Jersey.

I did get pulled over once for not having it. The state trooper let me go and told me to put one on.

It's in my compartment behind the passeger seat...Does that count?

in illinois, front plates are required, and i dont want to attract the wrong attention for any reason, so unfourtunatly the ugly front plate stays on.

I use the Stillen bracket. No holes, no screws. I don't want the cops to have an excuse to pull me over and find something else not quite right. Cheers.

Yeah, just tell your dealership not to drill holes. Mine was real cool about it when I got my car, and even asked me about it when I was signing the papers. They were like " we know it's illegal but you don't want your front plate on do you?" I was like " NO SIR!"

I must the only person in TX to get hasseled for no front tag. I got pulled over by DPS on a power trip I guess. I was not speeding and my cruise was on. He passed me then slowed down and got behind me to pull me over. I had no clue why. Luckily I had just moved here so I got away with a warning. Still no tag though...I think they look bad.
