Universal City Nissan (biggest Nissan dealership in USA) does not drill holes in the front bumper. Why you ask? So they can sell you a Z-bracket.

Kind of law in NZ, so no choice. Cops pull you up for the slightest thing, so need to give them a reason.

It's required here so I use the Z-bracket as well. I ran w/o a front plate many years ago and got pulled over... not worth the hassle.

I just got a tix for not having front license plate on while i went 25mph over the speed limit and got pulled over... such a bad day.

I see people driving mini vans with no front plate and Im like WTF? They care about that..like its gonna affect the "aestetic appeal" of their beautifull mini van? that pisses me off!

My Z came drilled already. I took it off and bought some bumper-plugs. Then i got pulled over and got pissed off. Bought a Stillen license bracket. I probably won't be doing the tints i was planning on before.

I got hit going 67 mph on Campbell right after Coit. The speed limit was 40 or 45 mph...can't remember. No problems without front plates.

I've been pulled over for speeding tickets and such, and I've always had my front plate on my windshield inside the car.

Cops never even brought it up. I think you should be fine.

I do to avoid the cops pulling me over and searching the car - I routinely carry a .38 or a .357 magnum and don't need the arrest for that.

Well see what happened was you no my bro has the SS that things a damn cop magnet they love to pick on him we were going down plano parkway and I was in the s2000 with my buddy and my bro was in his SS and the cop pulled over my bro and this liek ford taurus and was like I saw you two racing hahahahah a Camaro SS and a Ford Taurus it was a hell of a race hahaha

Just two weeks ago he got a ticket for not using a blinker....
They love getting my bros car.

just take it off and call the police station and tell them it must have fallen off or stolen. they will not make you get a new one and it will be in there records as lost or stolen and they will not right you a ticket. thats what i did.

don't know man. did not make me get new ones. its probly the crappy Granite city police i deal with. my wife works at the gas station quiktrip and that is a police substation and they all know me and her so maybe thats why. all i know is no front plate for me.
