5'11'' and the car fits me perfectly.
you'll do just fine and like everyone else said.
go test drive one to see for yourself.
Hope you decide to go with the Z worth every damn penny.

However, I am a 17 yr old girl who is 5'3"... haha. Yesterday, while sitting in my friend's mustang, I realized that I could not see anything out of the rear window because of my height. This made me think.... will a 350z still be practical for someone of my height?
I know I should just go out and test drive to see for myself, but I just wanted to know if anyone here has first hand experience with concerning my issue.
Yeah.... anyone 5'3" here?

My wife is pretty short, so seeing out of the Z was a bit of a challenge. I solved the problem by raising the passenger seat by 1". I bought some hard rubber from a local industrial supply and cut it into 3"x3"x1" blocks. Get some longer bolts and put the blocks under the seat rail mounting points.

Wow that's hot. I honestly don't know that many girls who like the Z other than calling it "cute." Most of them don't have an interest in any kind of car whatsoever. I also know a few guys who are not "car guys."
You'll be fine with the Z. Just don't sit on your purse like my mom HAHA!

My friend up in Boston drove around for awhile in a PPW 2003 Touring Auto. Reason she choose auto was because she was barely 5ft. She was able to drive it comfortably, so you should be able to just fine.

I let my mom drive my Z, she is 4'8" and had no problems. That was before I adjusted the clutch pedal too so you shouldn't have any issues. I'd sit in one if not drive one before you buy though.

i'm barely 5'3" and had the same concerns you have now. I had a little trouble seeing at first but you get used to it. Although I still wish my legs were a little longer so I could reach the clutch without having the seat so close.
I was lucky because the dealer let me drive the car around for a week before i made my decision but you'll be fine.
but just to let you know the car has some bad blind spots regardless of what height you are.

I don't see height being an issue, but your age definitley is. Start out with something a little safer and easier to handle, you'll end up around a pole guranteed if you don't. You've barely got a year experience under your belt in driving. for shame!

think you should be ok, the Z got a bad blind spot on the sides...but you'll get used to it. Anyway,...there's no height requirement written in the manual so just try and test drive it
