Too Short for a Z?
Alright, so I have wanted a z for some time now. I love the way it looks, the car is fast enough for me, and put simply, the z is an affordable sports car -- that is what I have always wanted.
However, I am a 17 yr old girl who is 5'3"... haha. Yesterday, while sitting in my friend's mustang, I realized that I could not see anything out of the rear window because of my height. This made me think.... will a 350z still be practical for someone of my height?
I know I should just go out and test drive to see for myself, but I just wanted to know if anyone here has first hand experience with concerning my issue.
Yeah.... anyone 5'3" here?

I bet I know more about the Z than half the guys here. Gender shouldn't have to be an issue when it comes to cars.
I'm getting flamed for being a girl?!
ridiculous

My wife is 5'3" and can drive my ZR... but she doesn't like it because she has to move the seat forward to reach the clutch. You may be able to create a bit more distance between yourself and the steering wheel if you have AT. Also, the seats have some adjustability on the bottom cushion, which may help. I don't think you're too short - you'll have to get used to the high door sills, but you should be all right.
When you get your Z, post some pics showing you sitting in the driver's seat.

Don't let anything stop you from getting a Z if you want one. If you really have a problem with visibility, you can get a shop to alter your seat rails so you can sit up higher, and have them install pedal extenders...my girlfriend is 5'0" and I'm having this done to her Honda so she can be a little safer.

I don't think the problem will be seeing, you can just adjust the mirror. A different problem might be reaching the clutch pedal, because my mom is 4'9 and she couldn't. But tranceformer95 is shorter than you and he drives it... Just get in one and see.
