I tried contacting him about some interior stuff with a local pick-up.
He disappeared on me as soon as local pick-up was mentioned...

Here we go again!

As far as the local pickup thing, that could be because he deals with dropshipsippers and does not have a storefront.

Jay! Where are you!?
You have a customer that you need to take care of.
If there is one thing a customer can't stand, it is not getting what they ordered in the timely manner and not having any communication once they have given you the money.

It sounds like you originally explained what was going on, but did not follow up on this.

When someone has to post to these forums to get things taken care of, that is not a good sign for people thinking of doing business with you.

Actually, that may be your best bet. It just seems like they are not interested in providing customer service. Sounds like a "Cut and Run" business.

Another example of when things go as planned any moron can run a business. Add another company to the list not to do business with. What a crook! File a paypal complaint and you will get your money back. It would probably do you no good to go through the BBB because Evo-R.net is probably a garage business (no storefront).
