Great attitude Jim!! I personally purchase something from Jim, it seems like he is a straight up guy. Although there may have been a communication breakdown along the way it still was all worked out so lets stop bashing and move on. Mods should close this thread since it was all resolved!!!!

i think this thing got way out of control & the OP is blaming the WRONG person, Jim. Jim is waiting on Seibon and the OP is waiting on Jim. so the OP is making all these threads about how Jim sucks and all Jim can do is sit there and take it while he waits for Seibon to hurry up. its sad.

Not everything is in the Vendors hands, just like when I had some faulty Rockford subs, took 5 weeks to get my replacement because it had to go through the manufacturer.

if i read everything correctly, SEIBON was the hold up, not Jim. how is that HIS fault? I think Jim did a good job AT LEAST keeping in touch with the guy. after numerous threads, Jim STILL posted in them trying to tell the guy what the hold up was. im not sure about so called 'bad customer service'. now if Jim hadnt said a word to the guy in 2 months then yah, thats a different story. Theres no need to slander Jim and his co. because Seibon is the hold up.

As I am sure you read in several members posts, Jim should have dealt with the OP and took care of his situation. Jim needs to deal with Seibon, not the OP.
As far as Jim keeping in touch withy the OP, if you would read the original thread, the only reason the OP started it to begin with is the fact that Jim cut off communication with him completely. Jim even stated in that thread that he was instructed by Seibon to cut off all contact with the OP, which I don't believe for a second.
And then lets mention Jim's attitude. He has been very sarcastic to the OP. He even threatened the OP via PM. Do you think these are traits of good customer service? I sure as hell don't.
You need to look up the term for slander. For dis-crediting statements to be considered slander, those statements must be untrue.
And IMO form reading both this thread and the original thread, CarbonLTD's customer service absolutely sucks.
