going to see the Z on friday
I can't believe how excited I am. I am losing sleep and I just going to see it, What's going to happen to me when I get the car for real?
I was debating weather I should bring my camera or not. I doubt there are pictures that I could take that are better or different than what has already been posted.
are there any details that I should pay more attention to? questions that haven't been answered? I doubt I'll be able to drive it (alright I sure I won't get to but one can always hope).

I live in Sierra Vista, AZ (about a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive from Phoenix), and if you would please tell me when and where you will be seeing the Z, I would like to try to get up there as well! Please be kind and let other future Z owners know where they can see the car before they get theirs (mine arrives sometime in September). Thanks.

ariZona the z will be at hightops. I believe the showing is by invitation only to preorder customers. I got my invitatation from my dealer. I bet if you just happened to be there at noon on friday you might be able to at least see the car.

What Nissan dealer did you pre-order from (Pinnacle, Midway, ABC, or West Valley maybe)? Since I live in Sierra Vista, I obviously did not receive an "Invite" to this event, but as a pre-order customer with all the goodies that came in the mail, I can prove my pre-order status and should be able to see the car. However, if you can tell me what dealership you ordered from, maybe my dealer can call yours and set something up for me. 
Also, do any of you (or anyone else) know if the Z will be anywhere else in Phoenix or Arizona (ie Tucson) this weekend? I leave Sunday on a 3 week business trip to Ohio, and hate the thought of missing out on a Z being so close (since I have yet to see one in person). If anyone knows about the Z being somewhere on Saturday or coming to Tucson, I would sure appreciate the info and help. Thanks.

Take your camera and take some more pictures of :
---the brakes ( if you can see them )
how the door handles ( interior & exterior ) work
all of the locations of the speakers
the controls to the seats ( close up )
the two reflectors on the front bumper ( lose up )
the space between the tires and bumper...except take a ruler with you for scale
the grill on the front bumper
any latches to open up the gas tank door, and/or hatch, adjacent to the driver's seat on the floor
the shifter boot area of the center console....i want to eventually change all that out
the inside of the hood, just in case they have that protective grey thingamajig
thats all for now..............just ideas by the way
congradulations of going to check out the z. i wish i was in your position on friday

Please take pics of the battery terminal area.
also of the rear storage compartment, possibly getting closer than the others.. would also be interested to see the drivers side rear compartment if the sub is not in ther.e

Dude you got to see the Z in person, your a little unstable IMO.
Can someone please find out when the car is going to be in so cal and let yb know.
BTW I know what those people who camp out at night to see star wars on the first day are doing now.
