Default Ebay Help ASAP

i asked on cadillacowners.com but not to many people are logged in so i am asking for your help.

here is my story not to long ago i was looking to buy a shark fin to put on top of my cts. i seen one that i like and went to buy it and then went to pay for it. when i went to pay for it it told me some BS that the buyer wants me to have my address verified so i tried to do that filled out all the info then it told me some more BS that i am already registered. so i just bought a antenna for japan instead. just right not i went to log in and it gave me some thing like the image below. then i have a message form my message box thing.

What does the mean??? how can i fix it. what are they going to do to me?

the message they sent me

Dear rblimas,
mtecpower has informed us that they have not yet received your payment for the following item: EURO SHARK FIN ANTENNA VW GOLF GTI JETTA PASSAT BEETLE (#190085671281)

No action is being taken against your account at this time. However, it is important to remember that when you bid on or buy an item you are agreeing to a contract between you and the seller. If the situation isn't resolved within 7 days of this reminder email, you may receive an Unpaid Item strike under eBay's Unpaid Item Policy or lose feedback privileges for this transaction

Most Unpaid Item disputes can be resolved through direct communication between the buyer and seller, and we encourage you to work with your trading partner to reach a resolution.

Thank you,
eBay

thanks

you did bid on his item and won it, so your obligated to pay for the item. If not, I think you'll get like a strike from ebay or somthing iirc

buying it from their store is the same as bidding and winning- they have been charged for what you did. the only way for them to get part of their ebay fees back is to file a non paying bidder alert, which gives you a strike. after 3 strikes you lose your ebay account. not the biggest deal if you dont use ebay much or can open another account in a family members name. if thats not the case, then you should contact the seller, offer him some money to cover his listing fees (he did lose money because of your bid) and have him remove this. either that or take the strike. not many choices and not that big of a deal if this is your first strike.

..oh, and by the way....

Most Caddy owners are too old to type.
That's why no one is on their forum.
