1. I was serious about the respect that was being paid, it was inordinate.
2. I and most on this site don't race except maybe ourselves.
3. My Z is stock because it seems to work fine without mods.
4. I thought you politely bowed out,(I was wrong) but you are welcome here.
5. I am glad you are such a restrained person because, as portrayed, you are a bigger, faster, better person than I am. AND
6. Most of us don't want to accept your challenge as we are too busy rounding up votes at our computers. Besides, I saw movies about the South and I'd rather stay out here with the buffalos, wild indians, and stage coaches.

Where in NC are you? There is a twin charged mini in Charlotte I have seen. That thing is pretty wicked. And when I saw it, it had nitrous on top of the supercharger and turbo.

Hey Derek,
I'm thinking that if he is 100% serious, then we can take it to the track. I guarantee that if you can't beat him in your car, I sure can.
I got to drive my friend's Mini last night for a while. The interior is NICE, the supercharger is smooth, the transmission is sure footed. And with the suspension mods he has performed, the Mini handled exceptionally! Props to the Mini!

We should agree between the MINIs and the Zs that whoever wins between us in this 'for fun' contest, that the other will support the poll in the run off with the Beemer.
That way our worst scenario wil be that either of us will only have been beaten by the champion and neither of us will be relegated to the level of 3rd or 4th place with a giant GMC SUV. Damn those Minis are now not only cute as the dickens, but they have money and sing well too. I pledge my soul(already been sold once) that I will vote for the Mini if it ends up running against the Beemer!
