took my car to the track a while back and had a vette owner checking out my car. it was a fully restored 84 corvette. we ran our cars down the track a few times and I was pretty surprised to beat him. turns out his car only had 205hp. still a very nice looking car nonetheless. we ended up talking about ours cars for a while that night, very nice guy though.

a few days ago, I found a group of civic owners hanging out in a parking lot in town so I decided to pull up and mess with them a little. turns out it was a car club they had. so I was talking to them about their cars and they went on about having 2 nissan GTRs which I thought they were just trying to act cool about. but then to my surprise a pearl white, and black GTR pulled up next to my z and made my jaw drop to the floor. one of the GTR owners looked at my z and said nice car man. it made my day. lol

The best is on my lunch break, if I eat quick I'll just relax in the z w/ some music on and then people will come to check out the car. Sitting in it, I have nothing else to do but waive at them and then they are so embarrassed they walk away

had someone do that to me today on break, they went up to my driver's side window, cupped their hands and peeked in, and I just looked at them and they freaked out. I thought it was pretty funny.

Reminds me of when I was a kid tip toeing to get a look at the interior of cool cars.
I know the feeling.

If I'm in a good mood, and the family seems nice, I tell the parent that their kid can sit in my car if he wants to experience it. Usually dads are more willing to let this happen than mothers.

Was walking out to my car after buying a pack of smokes from the local CVS and I see these girls looking at my car. They looked like they were in their late teens or early 20s. I can see them from the doors of CVS and I decide to set off my alarm. Was pretty funny haha

Just got my z a few weeks ago and I’ve had it happen a few times. Mostly when I’m driving threw the military base gates on my way to work. Lots of looks questions complement ect. Every now and then someone will ask me to rev. it or give the tires a squeal.

Had a kid in my apartment complex last week looking at it as I came down the stairs. Said he always wanted one. I was in a good mood so I unlocked it and started it so he could take a look. It always makes my day because im still a fairly new z owner.

People can stare as much as they want. It doesn't bother me. However I hate it when little kids come up and touch the rims. I just want to break their fingers.

Default Dealership and Sales People Checking out my Z

Bought my 350Z Roadster 4 months ago in Austin Texas from a dealership where my wife bought her Cadillac. (Covert Cadillac). They searched for my dream car and found it in Wichita Falls and delivered it to Austin... Amazing Sales manager and sales people! I am sure they all took my Z for a spin. And yes when I picked it up, everyone was admiring it! People are always eyeballing my Z... Amazing...

I was playing some stickball in the school yard with some friends one weekend. Some dude was walking his dog around the block and passed up my Z. He had walked back and actually took some pics of my car and volks. When he passed us, he yelled out that one of has a nice car. I told him thank you!

LOL
People sometimes broke their necks for my 98 3000GT with 18's.... 350z's are definitely more common but i expect to see some looks because the past few days i've been keeping a counter in my head. I live in a college town and have only seen one parked on campus the past couple days. One driving. TONS of new camaro SS, challenger SRT, and mustangs GT. Domestics rule the south, for sure
