People usually come up and ask stupid questions or ask to race. Other times, I'll sometimes notice nose smudges on the glass.

Just a few hours ago, my brother and I were sitting at a restaurant and as we were eating we noticed 3 girls taking a few pictures of my Z and not my bro's G37 lol. The girls spent an easy 10 to 15 minutes modeling and posing next to the Z. While we were watching them, we decided to ditch our food and go meet them lol. After a nice chat with them, we drove the girls around the city for a nice cruise and got their numbers lol

You would know if your fat! If you were finishing your food instead of going out and getting their number.

I was walking from the beach back to the parking lot with my girl. On the way I saw a family with two little boys (must have been 7 and 8) walking back to their GTI which happened to be parked next to my car. The dad put their beach stuff in the back and opened the door for the kids. But they were so distracted by my car that they really hadn't noticed it was time to go. Reminds me of when I was a kid tip toeing to get a look at the interior of cool cars.

Usually its my exhaust fumes filling the fart can drivers head with bad thoughts.

I get lots of "wow nice car" and "excuse me, what kind of car is that" from middle aged women.

I get lots of "nice car man" and "if i had a million bucks, id buy that" from hobo's. lol.

And ive had people taking pictures of my car at red lights.

Funny thing is, its not even crazily done up. Ive put about $2000 total into it.

I live on a public trail that has a walk in spot to a river, many people walk by to go down there, over this weekend there is a group of girls 16-20ish that go down there and I have seen then go up behind the Z and do a "doggy style" act on it.... Both times i have not been quick enough to take a picture...

Problem is they are kinda hot, and they aren't trying to vandalize it, dont know if i should be the bad guy and yell at them or just let it happen

My camera is now sitting on my little side table next to my back door

If they're hot and also the same age of you? Go talk to them and get their numbers.

A couple of weeks ago, I came out of Ace Hardware to find one of the employees checking out my Z. The guy had to be at least 70 years old, but we started talking about cars and he truly appreciated the clean looks of the Z. What made the convo even better is the fact that his pride and joy was his Chevy truck. So it's nice to meet someone who isn't all bent out of shape about brand loyalty and can talk cars.

All the time. I had a couple looking at it the guy saying it reminded him off the
240 or the 300zx. Had a guy at the track taking pictures of it with the cell phone.
Some ladies trying to race me on the highway with some subaru suv with a nice dual exhaust dont know what it was. They didnt have a chance and a lot more. To sum it
up I havent got this kind of attention with other cars and I just got this car a couple months ago.

The 300zx TT is a one of a kind. A big portion of the cars left out there are modified into the 400+ hp range, since it was easy to do for $1500-3000. I could peel the tires in third gear on a good day.

Would have kept it if the car didn't have a lot of age-related problems. Don't get me wrong, they are solid cars, but plastic and foam fall apart at 20 years.

I hadn't seen this thread before, but it reminded me of a time I was coming out of a Safeway in Oregon.

I always park my car in the back of the lot and I could see someone hovering over it. Now, I left the top down so I was, of course, a little concerned. When I got there, I noticed the guy was an old man with a cane.

I walked up and excused myself as I opened the trunk. He shuffled slowly out of the way and said, "That's a nice car you've got there. Those seats caught my eye (I have the orange/mesh ones)." I said, "Thanks, I like it."

He seems super nice and as I'm loading my groceries and he says, "I love convertibles. Had one since I got back from the war." Then, he gestures a couple rows over where I see the most incredible, restored, light blue Buick Roadmaster convertible. I realized he was talking about WW2. My jaw dropped.

My eggs went bad that day because I spent the next hour in the parking lot talking to the most incredible guy about his car, the war, everything. One of the best afternoon's I've ever had.

Navy Cop pulled me over the other day for a "random inspection" when I was trying to get on base. Me and my friend started debating over whether it was my tints or my exhaust that got me "randomly" selected. Turns out the guard told my friend she pulled my car over cuz it was the first Pretty Car she'd seen all day, and wanted to look at it for a while. Cute Navy cop too... I now know which gate I'm gonna start taking every time I need to get on base
