Another vote for wider tires/wheels. The Z is way better with stickier tires. After that? Racing school!

nice. those were the exact first mods I would do. Wider tires, then suspension right after. good luck.

Yeah the only difference is that the bolt ons for the Supra gives way better gains than on our cars. Also u can change the intake manifold on Supras much like a MREV2/spacer combo.

Replace the sound system (the stock system is junk), and then new tires and wheels.

This question is just goofy. I can't believe all you people are trying to answer this without him really saying what his dad wants done. I know my father who is of the same age and has a passion for cars would think that the Z is treat enough and he wouldn't need any mods done. I think things that you should do should be big things he will notice. Older people hate stereo stuff so I would stay away from any upgrades there. Here are my 3:

1) Exhaust, I have no opinions on what kind but something that sounds good and he can hear. I like this mod for someone because you can always here it and others will hear it too.

2) Window tint, I would go with this because it is something that I think makes all cars look better and it helps block out the sun to keep the seats a little cooler. I think that the verts need all the help they can get to stay a little cooler.

3) Clear bra, I would go with this for protection of the front.

All you people are saying all these performance things. I really doubt his dad is going to be flooring it all the time and will really notice the diff in power the car has. He already got some wheels so why spend more money on tires? He would laugh if you told him that.
