I got all excited to see the window go down and equally excited when closing the window w/my key. that made my day. i had the car for about a year and a half and i never knew my car had this function... which i will probably never ever use.
useless remote window control FTW!

RTFM...as in read the F'ing manual. its all in there.
and its not a useless feature, i use it all the time.
did you know that if you park your Z in front of a brick wall, and put your car in the drive gear then press the hazard light button and then floor the gas pedal, the car will lurch forward and detect the wall and do a dead stop by itself....bet most of ya never did that....now go try it!!!! HURRY!!!!

and please share how this feature can be useful besides:
1)opening the window before you sit your date in the passenger side so you can look cool when she says "oOOOoo big guy with a remote control"
2)remotely opening the window and climbing into your car like the dukes of hazzard
3)remotely opening the window to grab your cig/cellphone which you left in the console when it's much faster and easier to swing the door open.

and my driveway is extremely narrow- house on one side and stonewall on the other. its alot easier to get in the car with the windows down, because you dont have to open the door as much to slide in.
And maybe you should have read the manual cover to cover. but then again i was waiting and speculating and reading/posting on this car back in 2001. i guess im just a nerd
