I probably chose the wrong word, in fact I definately did haha. The NISMO sounds totally different than the Fuji, regardless of how alike they are in design/maufacturing/what have you. I don't know how to explain it, except that the Fuji sounds like it has more "guts" if you will, IMO. I definately love the sound of the NISMO, I followed one for 120 miles, but I still prefer the Fuji.

Define quiet? At idle, yes, its very quiet, just a little louder than stock. WOT above 4k is an ENTIRE different story.

I'm pretty sure the Nismo is a louder exhaust than the Fuji. I've heard though the welds and craftsmanship on the Fuji are better than the Nismo.
