Roadster or coupe? If roadster, definitely blue. If coupe, also go for blue unless you really, really enjoy constantly washing and waxing your car. Black takes a lot of upkeep to look nice. Even with a lot of work, it shows swirl marks and such much more than a lighter color will.

Go blue, black is to tough to keep nice. It shows every imperfection! But if you are up for another color go w/ the new orange. When i heard about it , i was like , YUK!!! Then i saw it in person, PRETTY SWEET!

Buy my super black. It's a bizzzitch to keep clean here in So Cal. In Oregon it wasn't a problem at all but I'm about fed up at this point. I spent about an hour washing it last night and didn't dry it fast enough. The car is cleaner but if you look carefully you can see the water streaks from my towel marks.
I think black is the hands-down best color for a sportscar...but depending on where you live it's a PITA to keep clean.

This is easy....If your the type of guy who's a fanatic about a clean car all the time.
It's a no brainer....GO BLACK! if not...Go Blue.
I have a SB ZR with no swirls...I also work my azz off too! (forces you to clean)
BTW it's a head turner with-out a doubt.
Good Luck on your final decision!

Don't do black, it's hard as hell to keep clean, and sides, you have to be careful when doing everyday touch-ups, or you will get very visible swirl marks ......had a white car before my Z, and it was MUCH easier to keep! GL w/ your choice.

Not having a Daytona Blue Z (Silverstone is more my style), I am unbiased when I say that DB is the prettiest color ever put on a car. It *makes* the car. I love staring at DB Z's. They are absolutely magnificant. Stunning even.
PS. I'm a straight guy who rarely uses the terms "magnificant" or "stunning" to describe anything whatsoever. Just so you know....

I just hate the fact that black is a PITA to keep clean, paint swirls, etc.
If the OP doesn't mind all the maintenance associated with a black car, I say definitely go black all the way.
