Get in the forum that might have the specific product you want, then choose to "search this forum," then choose advanced, and what I do after typing keyword, I use the drop down and select to find only in subject headings since searching through posts as well will be a $hit job of findings back to you to sort through. Yes, I know, lotsa commas =)

Pretty much just exhaust,brakes,suspension,and i think certain brand test pipes thats about it so far.Between the internals and motor having alot more components the aftermaket companys have there work cut out for them.
