Rotors are cast iron, so they will rust pretty quickly. Go park your car, spray some water on the rotors and come back in a few hours and see what happens.

I doubt the rotors are even worth using now that the weight of the car has been setting directly on them... Damn Honda thieves obviously got this fine example of a Z mixed up with an RSX...
