Why in God's name would you pay $3000 for a GPS system.

I got mine for $200. Works great. It's portable, too, so I can take it camping, etc.

Nice car though.

So, I'm driving a $34k car, for 300 a month (bought slightly used), not bad

You could special order one with leather, or get the dealer to install leather.

The winner!

Fully loaded (that is with DVD Nav and extra set of airbags), after TT&L the '03 Track was over 40k out the door (that also included all the neat little dealer-installed options like tinted windows, back-seat organizer and cargo net, black pearl plate frame, etc...

They treated me pretty well for a cash customer. I also got a complimentary copy of The Run along with dozens of post cards from the shoot, the book "Lust the Love, The Story of the Z" a "350z" logo cap and shirt, 350z travel mug, and all kinds of little crap (such as lifetime of oil changes) and some cool posters/banners and promotional stuff.

'03 was a great year to buy because of all the hoop-la at the dealerships over the new car's debut. When you bought a new Z then, they treated you like a King.

You couldn't get an 03-04 Track model "fully loaded". It came with Brembos, rear wing, diffuser, rays and a cd player. I got side airbags as an option. I think you got taken.

I paid $31,436 for my '04 Track new with the sidebags. I had an "in" at the dealership though.

***I stand corrected...I guess you could've actually gotten a nav system special ordered.***

No. The Grand Touring did not exist in '03. A fully loaded Track Model with the DVD and all that, was basically the same thing as what later became known as the "Grand Touring," but with a little less weight.
