nah i feel him. I thought when i bouhgt my z that you would be able to slap a turbo on it and it would take it easily i thought very highly of it. Then i found out the same thing u have to rebuild or u will eventually blow up the engine. However i love and enjoy driving my na z everyday

I think when you were born, the average intelligence in Oregon dropped a few points.

to each his own like everyone says. i realized it was expensive to go FI, so im not doing it. im saving up for my future. there will always be time for fast cars when im older.
hell... the z aint no 911, but its still a very nice car stock.

Great idea on the GTO! These can be found very reasonably priced, run well, the LS2 is extremely strong(can be modded up later),and they are somewhat of a sleeper. It is interesting to see them running as drift cars, and doing very well.Unfortunately they are rather heavy at 3700#,so fuel milage is marginal.I looked at a black one with red interior when Z shopping-a great looking combo if you can find it!

I dont want to blow another one.....crap like that. I dont need that, hell I dont even own a house yet.
If you can convince me otherwise feel free. Im probaly going to go buy the 2006 truck this weekend or next.
My 2005 Redline only has 21000 miles on it. Borla TD, MD spacer, and Injen intake. Not enough for me. I need 400+hp but also want a reliable daily driver. I dont see it happening.

Im looking between either an 06 GTO or an 07 350Z. Nobody seems to wanna sell their 06 GTOs and its too early for used 07 shopping...I might go for a 06 Z, but I already own a MazdaSpeed6 and they are pretty much on pair as far as speed, so I want the 07 that's somewhat faster and more fuel efficient and the other new stuff it has. Hm.

Then another 6K for a built LS2 and your set for under $15K.

They claim 6 seconds from 0-60. Its really more like 5.4. I have raced Z on the track and on the road, I know what Im talking about. Handling wise, the Speed is **** if it doesnt have suspension mods, the Z hands down, no comparison. Im not aware of what are all the performance idfference between Z models but I dont think it might be much, and I wanna get into something a little faster, not just a tiny bit. And the 07 just barely crosses thtat like. I heard somepeople have hit 13.3 without having to take off spare, etc. Sounds nice.
