Ahh so all the tests, all the information that everyone else also posted that agreed with mine is also wrong right? Wow, your a low life scum. You need to leave the site. You already showed how ignorant you are to everyone in YOUR FIRST POST! Amazing.

Btw, look at the beginning on who actually started this non-sense. It wasn't me. His name starts with a Z.
Wow, 12 years, and I thought 3 was already a lot. Why are you trying to enhance how much of a no life you're?

Nobody agreed with you, stop making things up.

Although the G35 is VERY similar it still isnt the Z...And just because it is a totally different car/model, you have no opinion because Im asking for the inside and out view...mostly seeking small details such as ride quality, interior feel, etc. Im pretty sure the Z handles better than the GTO, so need to re-enforce that, thats just broad information. Same goes with the LS1 and the LS2...Im seeking details. The LS2 is whole other beast...you havent owned the LS2, which is the car Im asking for a comparison. You see how you overread my posts? I DO NOT need to know about the LS1 thank you.

You aren't worth 2 cents of my time anymore.

The Z will kill the GTO anyday. Oops, that has already been brought up.

Why is it so hard to understand that in the striaght, the GTO will be faster than the Z with the same driver under the same conditions? It has 400hp for god sake.

450lbs will never negate a 100HP and 140TQ difference. Rule of thumb: 50lbs is equivalent to about 3HP.

But you don't have a Z so your opinion doesn't count

GTO 2006 Baseline Stock Dyno: 352rwhp/354trq w/150 lb driver

Conversions:

power = 352 horsepower = 352 horsepower
weight = 4000 pound = 4000 pound

Solution:

power to weight ratio (horsepowerounds) = 0.088

Other Units:

power to weight ratio (horsepowerounds) = 0.088

07 350z Base 6mt 265 hp dyno w/150 driver

Conversions:

power = 265 horsepower = 265 horsepower
weight = 3450 pound = 3450 pound

Solution:

power to weight ratio (horsepowerounds) = 0.076811594202899

Other Units:

power to weight ratio (horsepowerounds) = 0.076811594202899

GTO

Your Power:Weight Ratio is 1 : 11.4

This means that for every 11.4 pounds of weight on your vehicle, you have 1 horsepower. So for every 11.4 pounds of weight you remove from your vehicle, you will feel the effects of an additional 1 horsepower, although your actual peak horsepower will not change.

Keep in mind that with every pound you take off, your power to weight ratio changes, so you will have to re-calculate each time you remove weight.

350z

Your Power:Weight Ratio is 1 : 13

This means that for every 13 pounds of weight on your vehicle, you have 1 horsepower. So for every 13 pounds of weight you remove from your vehicle, you will feel the effects of an additional 1 horsepower, although your actual peak horsepower will not change.

Keep in mind that with every pound you take off, your power to weight ratio changes, so you will have to re-calculate each time you remove weight.

Its more cost effective and easier to drive, to start off with a lighter car. You can keep the extra 450 extra lbs, Ill stay were I am!

You realize you have just shown that the GTO has a better PtW ratio over the 350Z...

Nope, I wasn't wrong. The GTO still tested doing 13.3. The Z went 13.3 by a driver here. Not a lot of 07s have ran yet, due time will tell. Both in my book both are equal in the 1/4 with teh nod going to the gto like I said 10 pages ago. P to W isn't everything either. Driver has a big thing with it.

Everyone knows the 3400lb Z will own the 3800lb GTO in the turns easily. But everyone is talking 1/4 here.
