07 350Z vs 07 S2K vs 06 GTO. Opinions.
Hey guys Im trying to buy a new car and Im trying to make up my mind between the 07 350Z, 06/07 S2K and the 06 GTO. Obviously, I would get a bias opinion, but either way, I guess what would you guys go for now that you have experience with the Z?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Let me just speak on behalf of MY350Z.COM
The 350Z is the best sports car in the world; there in non like it. It dominates the market, and anyone else that goes somewhere else should be punished.
This is a 350Z enthusiast forum; expect nothing else but favoritism, which is normal to a certain extent in every forum.
You're better off doing your own research; you will find out what suits you best, which is what matters.
Goodluck!

--------------PROS-------------------------CONS
350Z--------Style, handling, Speed +1.5----- 2 seater, base model interior---------------------------------------------------------07 Z has VQ35HR (300+HP)----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------No sunroof, MODS
S2000-------Style, Handling, Speed +2 ----- 2 seater, needs a hardtop---------------------------------------------------------------Interior, push start, Good Gas-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------MODS---------------Mileage
GTO----------Speed +2.5 --------------------Ugly, EATS GAS, Its a Pontiac
Best look into warranty too, which one has a longer warranty
Perhaps look into the G35 coupe
P.S. sorry if this post looks like crap. i didn't know how to make 2 columns

S2k is getting common where i live, its is a good convertible, but lacks torque, u dont want to get stuck with one for too long. The gto is not a head turner but an eye sore, not what american muscle should look like. The Z is a real head turner i know because i constantly catch people staring, but basically its performance is good enough, and is a real good daily driver, basically thats what i think and know about these 3 cars. go with the Z over these 2.

I've always had a soft spot for S2K, however after driving one I've experienced some frustrations.
Like the others have said, the car has NO torque, which was VERY irritating.
Plus its 4-cylinder engine always sounds like it's working too hard.
Also, the interior space is TINY, and was very uncomfortable even for a small guy like me(I'm 5'9")
On the other hand, the handling is GREAT and the car's very agile due to its light weight.
If you're leaning more towards the GTO, how bout waiting for the G8?(aka Holden Commodore)

The GTO will beat a Z substantially in the 1/4. High 12s all day long. And for those of you who think it doesn't handle, think again. Sure, the Z handles better, but the GTO is no slouch. Also, the Z can't go 180 mph.
It isn't ugly, its just boring looking IMO.
If you like to mod, GTO > Z by a long shot.
I love how people bash the GTO. That is one hell of a car. Drive one, and see what I mean.

Did you ever check out the VXR version of it? It's sold in UK and that sucker has 500hp!!!
There is a substantial difference between 4.7 0-60 (stock) and 5.5 (stock). There is also a substantial difference between 12.8 and 13.7 (rough numbers).

The GTO is a bad a s s car. Handles good and has tons of power. They could of made it a lot better but for the price you cant beat it if you want a car with four seats. I say 07 Z , GTO, S2K. I have driven all of them many times. All good cars but they each have very different styling.

The GTO can't go 180 mph either. Get your facts straight buddy. This is from a old LS1 owner.
