Wet Weather Spin Out

Reminds me of the time when I just got goin in my FWD car and I ended up upside down in my car but the car was rightside up and I was sitting upside down inside my car while driving it down the road normally !! WTF how'd that happen? I rolled over with the a quickness.

I never turn off TC in the rain. Mainly because when it comes to hydroplaning, the TC will detect it, and start to correct if before you even know what is happening.
On dry roads I don't use TC, but in the rain, or after a rainfall, TC 100% of the time. It is there for a reason and the Z can spin a bit even in low RPMs if the roads are wet.
Pssst! Winding out 3rd is like 93 mph.

When im coming on to an onramp to go on the highway, thats when I wind out 3rd, hit 4th hard and merge onto traffic, then I simply put it in cruise control and cruise.... Driving is not hard, I guess being an idiot is easy...

When I was a kid my mom spun our FWD minivan going like 15mph on a crowded freeway (89ish dodge caravan). I PROMISE she was not driving agressively, and was going totally straight. It was just a serious downpour and I bet the thing started hydroplaning and just went. stuff like that can happen.

VDC is laggy intentionally. If VDC came on immediately every single time a wheel slipped, we would all be totalling our cars because we got pissed off at VDC not letting us have fun, turn it off, and then probably loose control MORE often. Fact is, VDC is way better in my Z than in any other car I've ever driven. Lexus IS300 TCS SUCKED.
VDC lets us chirp a little bit before it kicks in, but not too much so that we can get out of control. under normal conditions, VDC works exactly the way it's supposed to. It reinforces drivers control. It does not CREATE driver control. If the driver is out of control, then odds are VDC will have a hard time recovering. think of it that way.
