To lemon law the car you will have to give them a stated amount of attempts to fix the problem. If they fail, then the lemon law can be filed. I'm sure it states the guidelines somewhere in your contract or in your state's regulations. I mean honestly, the clutch isn't a big deal but on a brand new car i would be starting a war. Especially if they fixed it and it broke agian. 1 problem leads to another.....

And it has to be a safety issue as well. God ive been through this all the way through arbitration.... long process and it suckssssssss. I did it with my srt4... my shifting ford kept breaking and shards went down into the tranny. 2 rebuilt trannys and they tried to tell me that a tranny going out wont effect your safety... goodluck with whatever you decide

You are gonna find out its not as easy as you mighjt think. Its not 3x's and thats it. I know someone who filed this with GM a few years ago and it took about 2 years to finally get something out of them
And I can tell you she had more then 3 continous problems with her car

the same problem has to happen three times in a row (according to hawaii lemon laws) if they (the dealer) can't find or fix the problem by the third time...you win

btw sound like your dealership doesnt want any future business from you
