Default Lemon Law on my 07 Z??? Turn It Back In??

Well i was originally a victom of the clutch sticking to the floor issue in my 07 base.... So it was at the dealership for 3 and a half weeks after i got stuck on the side of the road not able to get my Z into or out of any gear. The dealership and Nissan Corporate said it was a "clutch Master Cylinder" problem which was on back order, thats why the dealership had it for so long. So after it was fixed i picked it up, and now 2 weeks later the same exact problem occured leaving me stranded in North Carolina while i was on my way back to Virginia... And on top of that, the hood doesnt open anymore...

Ive had my 350z for just under 4 months it has 8500 miles( 3500 of that was the drive from Los Angeles where i purchased it to Virginia where im stationed at) and its has spent weeks so far of that at the dealership....

SHould i turn it back in under lemon law??? Anyone have any info?? suggestions????

it was also my only car so i was paying for a car i couldnt drive for 4 weeks and the Nissan would not give me a rental because im only 20...

Lemon laws vary from state to state. Contact a lemon law attorney in the state where you reside.

Usually the same problem has to occur 3 times.

Damn I thought the new Zs wouldnt have problems like that anymore. The dealer screwed you for not giving you a rental.

why did you buy it in L.A?

I think the lemon law applies to having the same issue 3 times. You have had it twice, BUT I think you can push them into doing so.

Sucks to hear that. Are you on leave?

when did you start having the sticky clutch? at how many miles? I bought an 07 base so it'll be helpful to know.

Seems like this issue happens to the 'base' model, at least I can only hope.

trade it back in for an enthisiast or touring.

Yeah I think the dealer screwed you on the rental...

I hope they fix what's REALLY wrong with it asap and stop screwing you because you're only 20... Good luck...

I don't know your financial situation, but if I were you and I could afford it, I'd trade it or sell it and get a new one...
