One of the few progressive things in the state of Arizona...no front license plate.

Needed a temp fix and didn't want to drill holes, so used plastic tightening fasteners. Works good and doesn't look too bad.

The only reason they enforce the front plate it so that can bounce some radar of your plate.

I custom made a vanity JDM plate. I bought this thing called the Z bracket and used the holes on the Nismo Bumper Towing Bolt plate. I also went to discount auto parts and bought a generic plate mount with a ton of holes on. I then custom drilled 2 hole on the plate. Looks good. Here's an old pic.

Texas law requires one, but the cops (minus the state troopers) are pretty lenient about it. Except when you go to a courthouse to pay a ticket, they are like vultures lol .. I know I've been hit with that one already...

In general, the cops have better things to do, but if you are speeding or running a light, they will tag it on no problem, along with anything else they can scrutinize...

Usually I dont run one (although it is required here), but have been pulled over before. Last time I was issued a ticked for $80 for no front plate so I put it back on. It has since been removed again, but I really dont want another $80 friggen ticket so I might put it back on again now since that is just one more thing for them to pull me over for...

Thanks ramgar.

Hope not to have to go that route, but it'd be better than drilling holes in the bumper. At least I have an option... I begged the dealer not to drill the holes when they sold the car to me, and they didn't. Whew.
