Have you ever tried to herd Cattle? They are stubborn, ignorant, self centered and generally follow the herd. Multiply that by 10 and you have Human Beings. Your not going to change it, you simply, SOMETIMES, just have to adapt and accept their habits. Beware that you dont join them though. Dont lose sleep over the inevitable.

On the other hand, you can give them credit for just having fun

Other than people cutting you off, it sounds like people that are just having fun with their cars. I sometimes spin my tires, etc just for fun.

better at night.Knowing he reved at a Z or cut infront of one just
think you helped a guy feel better about himself and boosted his ego

Why would you think that?

Z - looks awesome.

Porsches = fugly front end and headlights, looks like a frog. Hatch is too rounded on most of their cars, car has TOO much curves, looks un-aggressive and slow.

I inspire to own a 911 eventually. To much mula for me rite now. I have a nice Japanese Version.

My boss who had the Z, then traded it for the Cayman S regrets doing so. Said he love the tq from the Z. The Cayman S lacks that. Personally I think my car looks so much more beefier then it but to each is own.

I had the $ and option (almost pulled the trigger) to buy a Porsche 993 or 996. I opted for a new Z instead.
The Carrera has too much weight in the rear - I actually prefer the way the Z handles over the Carrera. No aspiring here

although this happens in every other car I owned, not in the Z yet
Makes me feel good. I hate the stupid ricers that gotta rev past me. Funny thing is they would do it to me while Im in a 600whp car and they were in some BS cavs and stuff. retards. Think they are impressive.

I too noticed this all the time in my Z. I had people reving and trying to race me all the time. I think the Z is kind of a benchmark for other cars. "man, I was almost as fast as a Z"

Since my new car, no one wants to play... the playing field did get smaller, but not THAT much smaller.

Agreed. I always hear things from my friends like "oh man my buddies car is fast! He's says it can almost hang with a Z!!!" I usually give a on the inside

alot of people do that as a test. To get you to romp it. I've done it many times in my younger years, pull up next to a guy in a nice sports car and rev. alot of them will take the bait and launch. We were just interested in seeing their cars do what they're made to do.

I have definitely noticed that people are always revving their engines and flying around me in their cute, little cars.

It makes me feel good on the inside because I know they are acknowledging the power of my Z.

I never really get this type of thing happening to me in the Z...my old Evo yes...but not this car. I get the occasional looks from Mustang guys and other American car drivers...but nowhere near the crap that endured in the Evo.

My daily ride is a 5000+ pound diesel SUV getting about 20mpg and everyone leaves me alone.

I need to be careful when I drive my Z because it has no sense of self control.
