Mazda, Mitubishi, and a few others do use PVEZ and etc.
it costs more but oh well, they got monies and they are doing it.

common sense....

but:

as far as 350z goes, i dont see any mention about PVEZ related emission restrictions.

I dont think the cars are any different at all. It also depends on where you are at because of the elevation.
